MCHALE PLANT SALES COMPLETES ‘RECONFIGURING’ OF PARTS & SERVICE OPERATIONS

   Komatsu, Metso Outotec, Komatsu Forest, Merlo and Terex Ecotec distributors, McHale Plant Sales has completed the ‘reconfiguring’ of its Parts and After-Sales Service operations at its locations in Birdhill and Rathcoole.

   The aim of the exercise was to ‘strengthen and streamline’ the support it provides for what chairman, Michael McHale terms: “a highly diverse and service-focused group of manufacturers whose equipment reaches into almost every field of construction, agricultural and environmental life”.

   “Building on the benefit of having two strategically-located outlets – both housing fully-staffed, fully-equipped, fully-stocked and fully-functioning workshop and parts facilities – our goal was to ensure that our after-sales side matches the needs of customers and the requirements of those whose products we represent”, McHale said.
